Frelan Hardware Heavy Duty Tubular Latch – 102mm (Antique Brass Finish)
The Frelan Hardware Heavy Duty Tubular Latch in an elegant antique brass finish offers superior durability and security for high-traffic internal doors. Engineered for robustness, this latch features a Grade 304 stainless steel construction with a heavy sprung mechanism to withstand frequent use and increased force, making it perfect for residential and commercial environments.
Measuring 102mm in length with compact dimensions of 60 x 25mm, the latch fits standard cylindrical cutouts in door edges and is designed for seamless operation with lever handles or door knobs. It is fire-rated FD30/60 and Certifire approved, certified under UKCA1121 and CE2812 standards, and complies with BS EN 12209:2003, assuring safety and reliability in fire door applications.
To maintain fire compliance, it is recommended to use this latch alongside the appropriate intumescent packs (GRA 16 & GRA 16.2). The latch comes complete with four wood screws for easy installation, making it a trusted choice for secure, long-lasting door hardware.
