The ZOO Hardware Flush Bolt Intumescent Kit is specifically designed to suit the VS21 flush bolt, enhancing its fire resistance for use on FD30-rated fire doors. Manufactured from high-performance 1mm FlexiFire material, this kit offers up to 30 minutes of fire protection, helping to maintain the door’s integrity during fire conditions.

The intumescent is adjustable to align with product dimensions and includes a self-adhesive backing for quick and easy installation. Each pack includes a complete set to accommodate a single flush bolt fitting. Ideal for use in commercial and residential fire door assemblies where compliance with fire regulations is essential.

Available in GP finish, this kit complements the appearance of the hardware while delivering reliable fire protection.
