A mortice sliding door bathroom lock is a lock mechanism specifically designed for sliding doors, typically used in bathrooms. It is fitted into a mortice, which is a cavity cut into the edge of the door, making the lock flush with the door’s surface. This type of lock usually features a thumb turn on the inside for privacy and an emergency release on the outside, allowing easy access if needed.
