British Standard security

The Yale Standard Security Euro Profile Cylinder has been approved to British Standard BS EN 1303:2005 and provides an easy way to change the keys for a property by simply replacing the cylinder lock.

If you moved into a new house, lost your keys or suspect someone else has access to a copy of your key, a replacement cylinder can be fitted in minutes without any specialist tools or equipment.

Quality lock specification

The 6 Pin Cylinder Lock is manufactured to a good specification.

The design is tested for resistance to corrosion, extreme temperatures ranging from -20 to +80 Degrees and a minimum of 100,000 usage cycles.

Yale Quality Keys

Includes a set of Three Yale keys and additional replacement can be ordered from a locksmith or hardware store.

Additional Specifications

The Yale 6 Pin Euro Cylinder series are available in a range of sizes and colour finishes. The cylinders are suitable replacements for any front or back door with a euro profile door lock including wooden, composite, UPVC, aluminium and patio doors.

Euro Profile Thumbturn versions are a convenient way to change your keys without having to replace the entire lock and can be fitted in minutes without the need for any special tools or equipment. It is the quickest and easiest way to upgrade the security rating of your property.

Use the suggested sizing guide to check you are ordering the correct size. Measure from the middle of the current lock to find out the required sizes: e.g. Internal Length (A) 40 mm/External Length (B) 50 mm, the internal size is always stated first in the product description.
