Refund Policy

If you wish to return or exchange your item, please email us at sales@webironmognery.com along with your order number, we will send you goods return form. Kindly fill and send it back along with the products. We will initiate a refund on receipt of the products and return form.

Damages and order issues must be reported to us within 5 days of your delivery by email with photo proof.

Returns must be delivered to us within 14 days or your original delivery date.

Items must be returned undamaged/unused and in the original packaging. This is both the box they came in, please do not write, or stick labels directly to the boxes. It is the customers responsibility to return items to us in secure and suitable packaging.

Postage Charges for returned item are the full responsibility of the customer and we will not be obliged to refund these.

Some couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes, please check this prior to returning as we will not be liable if items are not delivered to us or returned after 14 days. Some larger orders may need to be sent via a courier.

We will be unable to process your return if unwanted items are returned to us damaged.

We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as we are not responsible for lost parcels.

We aim to process returns within 5 days, after items are inspected the refund minus any postage charges will be refunds back to the original payment method. Along with a confirmation email.

Opned and Imperfect items are nonrefundable.

Made-to-order items or products that are customized or specially manufactured based on customer requests are non-returnable and not eligible for refunds.
