ERA Maxim Offset Locking Window Handle Right Hand 40mm Spindle Polished Chrome.The Maxim Offset Locking Window Handle has a modern design and features a firm ergonomic grip for a handle that is easy to operate. The distinctive scallop feature and recessed push button has been designed for ease of use. Incorporating a positive stop the handle locks automatically on closing ensuring the window is locked giving you peace of mind. With key deadlocking for security the Maxim is suitable for Timber or PVCu casement windows; and for replacing existing handles the 40mm spindle size is ideal.
The Maxim is available in a range of finishes that includes Polished Chrome, Satin Chrome, Polished Gold, White and Black. Alongside stunning looks, our window handles have been tested to the highest technical standards and meet the requirements of PAS 24:2012 on a number of window systems to confidently ensure the window security performance. All finishes meet the requirements of BS EN 1670:2007 Grade 3 (96 hours) for Corrosion Resistance to provide the a robust finish for your internal hardware; and to ensure smooth and consistent performance over time the handle is endurance tested in our test house to excess of 50,000 cycles.
